Free webinar: How to reduce energy costs

Published: March 17, 2026

On March 11th, we held an informational webinar for owners and tenants of commercial buildings. The topic was how you can reduce energy costs by properly using support schemes. Watch the webinar on video below.

Reduce energy costs

See how we have helped Biltema

Biltema aims to reduce energy costs in Norway by 5 million kroner annually. When they needed energy certificates and the legally required energy label, they contacted us.

When we are in meetings, the topic is often about how expensive electricity is, what can be done with old buildings, and how to deal with new requirements. That's why we wanted to inform as many farm owners as possible about the options available to them.

On January 1st, a new energy label scheme was introduced.

The new regulations could affect more commercial buildings. Banks and tenants are pushing for energy efficiency improvements in buildings and greener energy labels. It is important that you have made up your mind about the building you own.

As a farm owner, it is a natural desire to keep costs down, operate the building as best as possible, and increase the value of the building. Another natural desire is to have the building full of tenants who thrive and who want long leases.

The webinar aimed to provide tips on how to make the building more energy efficient for a better energy label. How you can go about getting financial support to implement this energy efficiency. The result of this will give you lower costs, improved energy label and potentially lower loan costs in the form of green loans from banks.
