The following homes must be energy labelled:
Private individuals have the option of energy labeling themselves by using Ennova's energy labeling tool. This is not legal for commercial buildings.
Newly constructed commercial buildings – Must have an energy certificate before they are put into use.
Buildings over 250 m² that are used by public authorities and are open to the public must have an energy certificate.

Yes – if it concerns a private home, you can energy label it yourself. For commercial buildings and commercial property, however, the energy label must be carried out by a qualified energy advisor.
